There are a wealth of resources available for families to access in Brent for their wellbeing

Brent Wellbeing Hub provides a range of information, advice and support services on wellbeing and mental health for the whole family. Services include:

 

The Brent Cove - A service where residents (aged 16+) of the borough can go if they are experiencing a mental health crisis. You can simply turn up, no appointment necessary.

Qwell - An online mental health and well being platform for all adults aged 18+

Kooth - An online mental health support and counselling service for young people. Young people can chat anonymously to a Kooth Practioner from 12 nonn to 10pm Monday to Friday and 6pm to 10pm Saturday and Sunday.

Sport In Mind - Is a mental health charity with a simple mission. To improve the lives of people experienicng mental health problems through sport and activiity.

The Brent Out Of Hours Family Support Line - Offers family support and Early Help services on evenings (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and weekends to families living in the London Borough of Brent.

Outdoor gyms - There are 20 outdoor gyms located in parks and open spaces across Brent. They are free of charge to use and there is no need to book. You can take advantage of one of Brent’s free weekly instructor-led sessions designed to help you get fit and stay active (18+).

Brent Carers - Is a charity supporting unpaid adult and young carers since 1994. Their vision is: “To ensure that unpaid carers are recognised, valued and supported to live rather than just exist.”

Brent Wellbeing Hub
